We use Canada Post to deliver your items.

Cost depends on location.  Delivery time can be schedule.

Flat rate No estimated time $12.00 to any product.
Priority 2-4 business days According with the weight of the package, the cost will be generated at checkout. 
Standard 3-9 business days Spend CAD $100.00 and win a free shipping.

We will shipping your items withing 24 hours after payment confirmation.

We at Mommy Owl want to make it right for you!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of reception, provided it is in the same condition that you received it, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable.

Please note the following:

  • You are responsible for paying return postage.
  • In-person returns are not allowed
  • Mommy Owl will not be responsible for items we do not receive.

(We advise selecting an insured mail service such as Canada Post to ensure that we receive your return.)

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a credit in your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable.

Exchanges

The exchange of items that meet the conditions aforementioned is processed as a refund followed by a reorder. Please contact us if you need to proceed with an exchange. We will waive the regular shipping charge on exchanged reorders. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your refund credit as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately CUSTOMISED items or MADE TO ORDER items can not be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or wrong size ordered. 

This includes all nursery prints and baby gift boxes, hampers and nappy cakes.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Damaged products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged products. We may request images of the faulty or damaged item be sent prior to issuing the return details.
